All donation are subject to the following conditions:-

The description of data related to donation is specific to you ( i.e. Name, Address and Contact Details etc.) when you donate and the donation reaches B V Viklang Nyas .

All donations are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) irrespective of the country you are operating with.

Your donation will normally reach the Bharat Vikas Viklang Nyas account to which you are making a donation within two working days.

If the beneficiary bank declines donation, Bharat Vikas Viklang Nyas or Pankhudi Software is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that donation has been deducted from your account.

Donations from Foreign entities and personnels are sent directly to the FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Amendment Act, 2020) as per the directives of Government of India.
